Is there an age requirement to enter Quicken Loans Arena?
Anyone two years of age or older is required to have a ticket to enter Quicken Loans Arena for all events. Children under the age of two, accompanied by an adult, may enter without a ticket.

We are bringing a bus to The Q, are there special instructions on where it can park?
Bus parking passes can be purchased for $25 by contacting your Group Events Specialist. Bus parking and pick-up/drop-off arrangements must be made in advance prior to your arrival at Quicken Loans Arena for any event. Please contact your Group Events Specialist for more information as availability, costs and directions may change event by event.
Are there any special programs where we can get our group involved?
The Cavaliers offer a variety of Fan Experience Packages in which groups of all ages can take part in Cavaliers game day entertainment. Check out our FEP’s page for more information!
Are there any hotel accommodations for groups?
