Quicken Loans Arena has two concourses; the main concourse, located at ground level, and the upper concourse, located on Level 5. Both concourses offer easy access to seating areas, a variety of concession stands, multiple restrooms, First-Aid stations and Guest Services booths.
ATM Machines
Three Huntington Bank ATM machines are located on Quicken Loans Arena’s main concourse. The locations are in the Arcade entrance near the main box office, and outside of seating sections 106 and 128. Additionally, one Huntington Bank ATM machine can be found outside of seating section 203 on the upper concourse.
Guest Services
Two Guest Services booths, located on the main concourse near Section 100 and on the upper concourse near Section 233, are staffed with Guest Services Representatives who are ready to provide assistance at every event.
First-Aid
Registered nurses staff Quicken Loans Arena’s two First-Aid stations located on the main concourse near Section 121 and on the upper concourse near Section 220.
Elevators/Escalators
Quicken Loans Arena is accessible to all levels of the venue via seven passenger elevators or two escalators. A four bank of elevators is located near Section 103 and a three bank of elevators can be found near Section 128. Escalators are located in the Arcade area and near Section 108.

Level 1 – Event Level, Floor Seats, Key Private Bank Court Club, Mercedes Benz Platinum Lounge
Level 2 – Founders Room, Suites and Banquet, Meeting Rooms
Level 3 – Main Concourse, Quaker Steak & Lube, Cavaliers Team Shop,

Level 4 – The VIP Club, Suites, Bridges Restaurant, Gateway Garage Walkways
