The Quicken Loans Arena Main Ticket Office is located in the Arena Arcade Entrance at the corner of Huron Road and East 6th Street. The Main Ticket Office sells tickets for all Quicken Loans Arena events.

Winter Hours / September-April Monday-Saturday Event days: 9:30 a.m. until the end of intermission Non-event days: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday Event days: Noon until the end of intermission Non-event days: Noon until 5:00 p.m.

Summer Hours / May-August Monday-Friday Event days: 9:30 a.m. until the end of intermission Saturday Event days: 9:30 a.m. until the end of intermission Non-event days: 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday Event days: Noon until the end of intermission Non-event days: Closed
