Cavaliers Operating Company may collect personally identifiable and aggregate information about you. Personally identifiable information is any information that can be used to identify, contact or locate you as an individual. Aggregate information is composite information that groups information about you with other individuals. Aggregate information cannot be used to identify individual contact information or track individual purchasing patterns. Personal information may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, ticket purchases, event attendance history and personal preferences.
How this information may be collected
We may collect this information through a variety of means including correspondence with you, transactions with you and from web site visits, third party sources and direct and indirect contact with you. We may collect public and nonpublic personal information about you from any of the following sources:
- Transactions conducted with you, which can include website, phone, or store purchases

- Professional sports leagues including the NBA, AHL, AFL

Cavaliers Operating Company values the trust you have given us with your information and takes precautions to insure that your information remains secure. We restrict access to your information to only those approved individuals who require this information to provide you with products and/or services on Cavaliers Operating Company’s behalf or to comply with any ruling as required by law.
If Cavaliers Operating Company has reason to believe that a breach in security of your personal information under our control resulted in your personal information becoming public, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Cavaliers Operating Company takes our responsibilities to our younger patrons seriously. It is our intention to comply fully with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and the Guidelines put forward by the Children’s Advertising Review Unit of the Better Business Bureau. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. 6501 et seq), Cavaliers Operating Company has adopted special procedures applicable to personal information from individuals under the age of 13.
It is Cavaliers Operating Company’s policy not to solicit any personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 13 for our use without notice to a parent or guardian. Cavaliers Operating Company suggests that you discuss the following statements with your children.
In general, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 via our websites, and we use age screening mechanisms to help prevent children from posting data on the website, such as in our fan chat rooms. Children are not permitted to provide personal information via our websites in respect to promotions or to enter these contests online. For these promotions, children may be required to print a copy of an entry form and have their parents sign and return the form to us.
From time to time, we may offer children the opportunity to enter promotions, contests or fan mailings. In these cases, the child will be asked to provide only the information reasonably necessary to conduct the promotion or mailing as well as his or her parent’s or legal guardian’s name and contact information.
Parents or legal guardians will be given the option to opt-out or decline the child’s registration. A notification will be sent to the child informing him/her that his/her registration will not become valid if the parent or guardian unsubscribes the child from the activity. Cavaliers Operating Company does not retain any personal information from an individual under the age of 13 if a parent or guardian unsubscribes his/her child.
All information provided to Cavaliers Operating Company by the child will be deleted when unsubscribed.
