Cleveland Gladiator Set to Play in Arena Football One League

CLEVELAND, OH – December 8, 2009 - JIM FERRARO, along with former Browns quarterback BERNIE KOSAR are pleased to announce the return of Arena Football with a new team named the Cleveland Gladiators, who will return to the field in 2010 as members of the Arena Football One League.  The announcement was made at a press conference at Quicken Loans Arena.

The Gladiators will retain their name, logo and colors (red, black and white).

The Gladiators have played only one other season in Cleveland, playing in the now-defunct Arena Football League.  In their lone season, Ferraro’s Gladiators finished with a 9-7 regular season record and advanced to the AFL’s Eastern Conference Championship game.  Read Full Press Release
