Join Girl Scouts of North East Ohio for a special day at Quicken Loans Arena on Saturday, April 10th! The Lake Erie Monsters are proud to welcome all Girl Scouts and their families to The Q for the annual Girl Scout Q for a Day starting at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 10th!
Exclusive Girl Scout activities include inflatable games, face & hair painting, balloon & caricature artists, on-ice activities, dance clinics, basketball shooting and MORE! On the 10th the Monsters will also be celebrating Fan Appreciation Night with thousands of prizes awarded to lucky fans throughout the game!
Tickets for the Girl Scout Q for a Day are $14 per person and includes entry to the Monsters game at 7:30 p.m. A $5 Food voucher is also available for purchase. This voucher will include 1 hot dog, 1 16oz soda and a bag of chips.
Families wishing to sit together must submit their orders together.

The Cavaliers and Monsters are in need of Scout units to present the colors at their games! We are looking for outstanding Scouts to help honor America and experience the thrill of standing on the court or ice by presenting the colors at Cavs and Monsters games.

What is the age level requirement to enter Quicken Loans Arena?
Everyone two years of age or older is required to have a ticket to enter Quicken Loans Arena for an event. Children under the age of two, accompanied by an adult may enter without a ticket.
How do I get Girl Scout patches for Quicken Loans Arena events?
Girl Scout patches are mailed with tickets to address on order form. One patch for every ticket ordered will be mailed. For ticket orders that are held at the Quicken Loans Arena box office, patches will be held with the tickets. If you have not received your patches within two weeks following an event, please submit a request online at the "Past Event Patch Request Form" link. No additional patches will be available for Girl Scouts not attending a performance. Lost patches cannot be replaced. Please be aware that some events, such as Cavaliers basketball, do not include patches. If patches are available for an event, that information is included on the order form or website.
How can I be notified of upcoming Girl Scout events at Quicken Loans Arena?

How is pricing determined?
Pricing for each event is set by the promoter of the show. Pricing may vary within each event based on seating location and date of show.
How is seating determined?
All Girl Scout orders are placed based on the date of full payment. Orders are placed in the best available location within price level. Girl Scout offers are generally announced prior to the public on-sale. To get the best seats, place your order prior to the public on-sale. Special requests for handicap/wheelchair needs should be noted at the time of order.
What if I need additional tickets, after I have placed my order?
Additional tickets are available until the order deadline, or as available. Additional ticket locations cannot be guaranteed to be with original order. Every effort will be made to place additional orders near the original order.
Exchange/Returns/Refunds?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Can I use coupons?
Coupons can only be used as stated on the coupon, generally at the Quicken Loans Arena Box Office. Coupon offers may not be combined with Girl Scouts orders placed through Quicken Loans Arena Group Sales.
Friends and Family?
Girl Scouts may utilize their pricing offer for their family and friends.
Can my troop be seated next to another troop?
The only way to guarantee that your seats are next to another troop order is to place the order together at the same time.
How can I place my order?
Orders may be received by mail, fax or online only.

I’ve ordered tickets, when will I receive them?
Orders placed within 10 days of the event date will not be mailed. These orders can be picked up at the Quicken Loans Arena Box Office, during normal box office hours or on the event date prior to show time. All other orders will be mailed to the name/address on the order form.
My tickets were mailed, but they are lost or not received?
Lost/not-received tickets can be replaced on the day of event only. To request a re-print, call Emily Blair at (216) 420-2228 or e-mail eblair@cavs.com with the complete order information. You must know the exact section/row/seat that is lost to re-print individual tickets within a group. Otherwise, the entire order must be re-printed. Requests for re-prints will only be accepted on the day of event. Please make every effort to find lost tickets. Often, tickets that you believe should have arrived in the mail by now, do eventually arrive prior to your event date.
I want tickets for another performance date, other than those listed as Girl Scout Nights. Can I order those through Group Sales, and can I get patches?
Yes. Please state at time of order that you are ordering for Girl Scouts.
Many events at The Q include scout patches along with the event tickets. For those events which include a patch, you will receive equal number of patches to total number of tickets ordered for the event. Patches will be mailed with tickets to the name and address submitted on the order form. For ticket orders that are held at the Quicken Loans Arena box office, patches will be held with the tickets.
If you do not receive your patches by mail with your ticket order, or at the Quicken Loans Arena box office for held ticket orders, you may request your patches by filling out the form below. Please do not fill out this form for recently placed orders. You will receive patches with your ticket order.
Additional patches can be ordered and will be sent at the conclusion of the event (subject to availability).
