**Postgame Free Throws (Feb. 9th, Apr. 2nd and Apr. 6th games)
At the end of the game, please make your way to the aisle between Sections 106 & 107 OR the aisle between Sections 110 & 111 (please allow the fans in these sections to leave before you make your way into them). Guest Service representatives will be in these aisles to greet you. Scouts and any children under the age of 17 will be allowed on the court to shoot a free throw.
Scout Patches - A voucher for each patch ordered will be issued with the game tickets. The voucher can only be redeemed at the Cavs game. The location of the redemption table will be on the voucher.
Cavs Retro Hat: A voucher for the Cavs hat will be issued for each ticket ordered. The voucher can only be redeemed at the Cavs game. The location of the redemption table will be on the voucher.
What if I want to sit with the rest of my Scout Unit or other friends/family?
The only way to ensure that your group will be seated next to each other is to submit your order together. Please place all of your forms in a single envelope and designate one shipping address. Due to heavy volume (4,500+ people attended this event last year), we are not able to sit people together if the orders arrive separately.
Food and Beverages:
Arena concession stands will be open during the entire event. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the arena.

What is the camera policy:
Digital and film cameras are permitted (lens must be less than 6"). Video cameras are not permitted.
