The deadline to register Scouts for the $600 Club was extended to Dec. 22nd. Registrations will still be accepted after the 22nd, however, late registrants will have to download the Monsters Q For a Day order form from the link above (forms will not be mailed). Order forms for the Cavs, Indians, Charge and Gladiators will be mailed at a later date.
Reminder: $600 Club Members are those Scouts with $600 or more in popcorn sales. These Scouts are entitled to a FREE TICKET* to a Cavs, Monsters, Charge, Indians AND Gladiators game!
*Ticket is free with the purchase of an additional ticket.

The Cavaliers and Monsters are in need of Scout units to present the colors at their games! We are looking for upstanding Scouts to help honor America and experience the thrill of standing on the court/ice by presenting the colors at Cavs and Monsters home games. To add your Scout Unit to the priority list, please CLICK HERE. These spots will fill up quickly!
Thank you to everyone that attended the Boy Scout Nights with the Cleveland Cavaliers in April 2011. Games and times for the 2011-12 Cavaliers regular season will be announced closer to next season.

What is the age level requirement to enter Quicken Loans Arena?
Everyone two years of age or older is required to have a ticket to enter Quicken Loans Arena for an event. Children under the age of two, accompanied by an adult may enter without a ticket.
How do I get Boy Scout patches for Quicken Loans Arena events?
If patches are included as part of an event they will be mailed with the tickets unless otherwise indicated. Patches are not available for all events. Patches are only available to event attendees.
How can I be notified of upcoming Boy Scout events at Quicken Loans Arena?
Join our mailing/emailing list. Simply visit: www.theqarena.com/groups/scouts. As soon as an event is announced, information will be sent directly to the people on the mailing list. Please note, you must be at least 18 years old to sign up.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing for each event is set by the promoter of the show. Pricing may vary within each event based on seating location and date of show.
How is seating determined?
All Boy Scout orders are placed based on the date of full payment. Orders are placed in the best available location within price level. Boy Scout offers are generally announced prior to the public on-sale. To get the best seats, place your order prior to the public on-sale. Special requests for handicap/wheelchair needs should be noted at the time of order.
What if I need additional tickets, after I have placed my order?
Additional tickets are available until the order deadline, or as available. Additional ticket locations cannot be guaranteed to be with original order. Every effort will be made to place additional orders near the original order.
Exchange/Returns/Refunds?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Can I use coupons?
Coupons can only be used as stated on the coupon, generally at the Quicken Loans Arena Box Office. Coupon offers may not be combined with Boy Scouts orders placed through Quicken Loans Arena Group Sales.
Friends and Family?
Boy Scouts may extend their pricing offer to their family and friends.
Can my troop be seated next to another troop?
The only way to guarantee that your seats are next to another troop order is to place the order together at the same time.
How can I place my order?
Orders are received by mail, fax or online at http://www.theqarena.com/boyscouts only.
I’ve ordered tickets, when will I receive them?
The arrival of your tickets is determined by the delivery method:
- FLASH SEATS – With Flash Seats, there are no paper-tickets to deliver. Simply present the credit card used to make the purchase at any Quicken Loans Arena gate to enter. If you are not attending the event, you may log into your Flash Seats account and email the seats to someone else, who would then present their own ID to enter the arena. Visit www.flashseats.com for more information.
- MAIL – Tickets delivered by mail should arrive within 10 business days from when the order was placed. Exception – Orders placed within 10 days of the event date will not be mailed. These orders can be picked up at the Quicken Loans Arena Box Office during normal box office hours or on the event date prior to show time.
My tickets were mailed, but they are lost or not received?
Lost/not-received tickets can be replaced on the day of event only. To request a re-print, call Carl Manteau with the complete order information. You must know the exact section/row/seat that is lost to re-print individual tickets within a group. Otherwise, the entire order must be re-printed. Requests for re-prints will only be accepted on the day of event. Please make every effort to find lost tickets. Often, tickets that you believe should have arrived already do eventually arrive prior to your event date.
I want tickets for another performance date other than those listed as Boy Scout Nights. Can I order those through Group Sales, and can I get patches?
Yes. Please state at the time of order that you are ordering for Boy Scouts. If it is not a Boy Scout Event there will be an additional charge for the patch. Please contact Carl Manteau at (216) 420-2141 or e-mail cmanteau@cavs.com to receive a patch.
