Guest Service Representatives
Quicken Loans Arena's Guest Services Representatives (GSR's) are dedicated to providing service excellence that comes with a warm welcome and friendly smile each time you visit. Our GSR's can be identified by their bright colored jackets or polo shirts, their helpful attitudes, and their knowledge about how to make your visit to Quicken Loans Arena the very best it can be.
Guest Relations Desks
For your convenience, there are two Guest Relations Desks in Quicken Loans Arena located behind Section 100 on the Main Concourse and behind Section 200 on the Upper Concourse. Staffed for every event, Guest Services Representatives can answer questions, give you helpful information and provide special services.

"I took my granddaughter to the Miley concert and I just have to tell you how impressed I was with your complete operations of your arena. Your arena is beautiful. Your staff was outstanding!!! "Last evening, Valentines Day, my husband and I came to Quicken Loans Arena to see Josh Groban. As we left, I grabbed my coat and car keys. I left my purse behind with the tickets still inside! As we were approaching parking I realized that I did not have the tickets. We worked our way inside and explained our story to the box office. I showed them my ID and new tickets were printed for us and we were told, "Enjoy the show!" We certainly did, as we MARVELED over the fact that everyone had been so nice, pleasant and helpful about the entire situation. "I would like to send a THANK YOU to your Guest Services group. I was at the World's Toughest Bulls and Broncs rodeo on Saturday and I had asked for assistance because I have a broken foot. Your employees are TOP QUALITY; I have never met nicer people in my life. They made my trip to this event wonderful, from the event staff to the lady working the will call window to the wonderful gentleman who escorted me to my seat and brought me back to the main concourse at the end. "I am a Cavaliers season ticket holder and I wanted to write to you to let you know about a quality experience I had with your employees. I had invited important business clients to a game. I could not find my tickets so I stopped by the ticket area to get them replaced. The employees at the box office determined that the tickets had already been scanned and the holders were headed to the seats. They sent a Guest Services Representative to find out who the ticket holders were. As it turns out, it was a co-worker of mine whom I traded tickets with for another game. However, instead of leaving my business clients and myself out in the cold, they offered to find me seats that were in a similar price range.
